Our family still owns and operates this thriving business and will for generations to come. My son “Jack”, who just turned one, represents the third generation of ownership.

Prior to founding Suburban Construction, Inc., my father worked for one of the largest siding and window manufacturers in America.

I recall my father saying "Before starting Suburban Construction, my experience exposed me to the fact that there was a real need for a full-service, quality local window, siding, and door retailer in eastern Iowa and western Illinois."

Since my father started the company, we have completed over 25,500 jobs to date. Most people are aware we have high-quality products and do quality work at fair prices. And, we guarantee our workmanship for a lifetime. We truly care!

Our original office and showroom was located in downtown Bettendorf, Iowa, and served our needs for years. Due to tremendous growth, over the first ten years, we moved Suburban Construction to our current office and huge showroom in Davenport, Iowa in 1995.

We have the most comprehensive showroom of any retailer in our business between Chicago and Denver, and we constantly update our showroom to give our customers the best and most options in the industry. This is a reflection of what our customers said they wanted and our mission is to give customers what they want.

We have a beautiful showroom, with a focus on green and energy efficient products, which we urge everyone to stop by and enjoy.
