Replacement Windows, Siding, Doors & Gutters
in the Quad Cities

“Your company recently completed siding our home - complete with a gorgeous new front door with side panels and gutters. Our salesman, Bob Clancy was more than accommodating and very pleasant with whom to work... The crew manager was a pleasure and most accommodating. He and his crew did all they could to please us and that they did! Our house looks outstanding and we are more than pleased with everyone who made it look this way!”

“We often learn that "parts are no longer available for that model", or that something cannot be repaired or repair costs are excessive. How nice to deal with a company that does what it says, when it says, and whose guarantee is good. We gladly recommend Suburban Construction, based on our 9 years experience with the people and their window products.”

“We just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with the patio door that was installed and the Gutter Caps. When we think of Suburban Construction, we think of value, quality and service. Thank you for responding to our needs in a timely fashion and thank you for a job well done.”

“Suburban Construction installed both windows and doors for our home. Their installers were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were impressed with the way Suburban Construction handled the entire project.”

“From the first meeting to the final phone call from the workman, I was treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. My porch turned out even BETTER than I expected. The windows are beautiful, energy efficient and easy to move up and down. I would definitely recommend your company to ANYONE who needs home improvement work!”

“They did a really, really good job on our windows and doors, and the windows are so easy to clean. We feel comfortable doing business with Suburban because they're a hometown business, the people are really nice and their guarantee is second to none.”

“Suburban installed windows three years ago and siding and doors last summer and we're very satisfied with the work they did. They are very professional, prompt and dependable. We obviously are very happy with Suburban because if we weren't we wouldn't have called them back.”

“Suburban Construction recently replaced the windows on our home. The windows are tight, draft-free and so easy to clean. They added to the overall quality and appearance of our house! I would recommend Suburban Construction to anyone needing new windows.”
